Shipping Policy

 

Do we offer free shipping

Free shipping is applied to any purchase over $300 due to the size and expense of shipping snowboards

Why is shipping so expensive

Due to the size of snowboards they are very expensive to ship as they are considered to be oversized packages

Do we offer local pickup

We do offer local pickup to anyone within 50 miles the Santa Clarita Valley if you want local pickup email us your order number and we can set it up

How long will it take to receive my order

Once orders have been placed we will send tracking information as soon as board is purchased allow 3-5 business days for boards to ship

Do we ship to P.O. boxes

Most products will be able to ship to P.O. boxes 

           


Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

All boards are eligible for returns as long as they are not opened out of the package

How to do I return a product

To return a product email us your order number and what is being returned We do not pay for shipping on return

What if product is Damaged

Contact us about the problem with the product we will replace product free of charge

How do I cancel order

Email us your order number and we will cancel order if order was already shipped wait to receive order then follow up with our return service

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for all new boards email order number and what is wanted to be exchanged

Can also place new order and email what is being returned we will pay for shipping on the exchange
